The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the beach and had easy access to the swimming pools. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus, and it was fast enough to stream movies and music. Another thing that I really enjoyed was the New Year's Eve dinner, which offered a great selection of food and drinks.
The staff at the hotel was not very friendly or helpful. They seemed to be impatient and did not take the time to explain things to us.

The exceptional snorkelling spots and the friendly staff made for a fantastic stay. the location of the hotel, right in front of a beautiful beach, and the cleanliness of the rooms were definite pluses.
The food options were limited and of poor quality. the hotel's animation team fell short in their efforts.
